Before this season is over, I think Darrell Williams will play a role as well.

I was hoping to see him last week. I really don't see how Les can truly have that "wear them down" offense without that strong power back in the role of the 4th RB who gets 6 to 8 carries a game. As long as he runs with a punishing mentality he can almost do no wrong in that game plan.

i'm sure they saw enough of him in practice to make this decision. since us fans don't get to view practice we are definitely in the dark on players.

The man-love for LF is getting nauseating - and I'm a fan of the guy.

This. . . . and

The rant would've exploded if he'd not gotten in the game. Les had lathered everbody up over LF so much that he had to deliver some meat to the wolves.

Why not play him? He won't be around long, is definitely good, and deserved to play. He will be great - probably the goat before he's done, and I can't wait to see him Saturday night.

Is it because of not enough depth with experienced running backs this year, just wondering because it took miles a few games before he put Hill in as a freshman

The "REAL" reason that CLM played LF in the first game was because "HE COULD"...I know it may be over some of your heads, but I personally think that is the correct answer to this dumass post...And I am not going to go into all the details of why "HE COULD", only will give you a clue, freshmen are eligible to play!!!

He played LF because he earned it in practice. Just wait until he settles down and 150 yard games become the norm for him

Promised he would return first kickoff in first game while being recruited and he is a once every decade player

For another, we had a 4th year junior, 2 true juniors, and two sophomore in front of him. Four of them had at least 330 yards and 7 TDs the year before. Three of them had at least 500 yards, and two had at least 700 yards.

And hill passed them all up

Lol man TBoy your post is fricking hilarious, not that anyone would know or even should know because I never tell anyone but I had a tumor a few years back that has left me with a slightly but not severely impaired brain, sorry to be off topic but I personally can't stop laughing
