1. because Sagarin says there is 3 points a game advantage, playing at home. pure statistics.

2. might as well talk about something. still months left before real games.

Because at first it was Les Miles had trouble winning road sec games, then it turned into he couldnt go undefeated in regular season play. Also i feel like people dont want to be disappointed if we slip up somewhere. I dont see that happening unless our dline and oline take a major step back ala 08.

Been to all SEC stadiums, Gainesville twice and love it...never understand the hate, y'all must have thin skin. I get much worse flack at auburn and rKansas.

The Swamp was the 2008 LSU game. I'll put the crowd noise during the second play of that game up against anything.

Have at it. That place sucks. Just like the poster earlier posted. Everything he said was true. I'll never go back there.

I won't even get off 75 in Gainesville to get gas.

Hmm, that hasn't been my experience. I enjoyed my trips to Gainesville about as much as I did my two trips to Athens. Of course, I've spent a lot more time in Gainesville, so there's a lot more familiarity. It sucks that people keep having bad experiences there, but I guess I'm just a lucky one that has rarely had anything more the douchy college prats that try to start shite even when they beat the crap out of us.

I guess it might be a lot worse when we win, but I haven't made it for any of those trips yet.

Because beating Florida, Auburn, Arkansas AND Texas A&M on the road is quite an accomplishment - those teams all have the talent to beat LSU if LSU has a bad day. Give them home field advantage and anything can happen.

I'm not worried about the away games except for the one in Miami. As we saw last year, we can go undefeated during the regular season, win the SEC championship and not win the most important game of the year.

As a gator fan im sure your disdain for georgia has nothing to do with your assessment of athens.

This..

I've been to about half the SEC campuses, and although I may despise some of these schools, I can't take away the fact that they have great cities/campuses.
