Our own head coach can’t even say his name right.

Comical.

I think they’re trying to get the ball to Brousettes and Edwards Helairs for the running game. I think they want Burrows using his arm a little more to get the ball to Jeffersons and Marshalls

If this is the case, then stop running the fricking read option and having Burrow just give away. He never seems to actually "read" the play anyway sine his run seems to be open most of the time. The RB's usually get bottled up on it and it is a wasted play.

Joe still runneth like crazy, but he just hasn't had lots of success since he broke loose late against Georgia. Teams are just onto this play now, just like they were on to Kapernick's run option during his last season of play.

He's been getting the heck knocked out of him in the pocket.

Why are people still putting an “S” at the end of Burrow ? This really gets my blood boiling. STOP! It’s just BURROW!

Just because they spell it wrong on the translation text doesn’t mean he’s mispronouncing it.

I've noticed this too, not so much against Rice, but in previous games. The only think I could think at the time was that the coaches didn't want him running, but then like you said, why have him run that play?
