Wasn't the draft pushed back two weeks? Why has it taken so long to get the results out? I don't usually keep up with the testing, but 3 days before the draft? It basically gives people no time to take time and see if some guy is still worth it or not.

yep it was all conspired to get a QB that was projected to go in the 3rd or 4th round even further down the line. That makes a whole lot of sense!!!

you never know, maybe a team had a 2nd round grade on him.
Another team finds out who really wants him in the 3rd or 4th or later.
This would be a perfect way to help yourself out.

Anything is possible, but it is not in the least bit probable. The money is not there to make it worth the while. The damage that would be done to the teams reputation if something like that was done and found out would be way more than the worth of saving a million dollars or so over the life of a contract, looking at your example.

People will never find out who leaked the info. This is just like the "Bagman" in college football.
Teams don't worry about getting caught because they've been doing tricks like this since the beginning of the draft.

that is what the so called "media experts" have put Mett.
Unless you are apart of an NFL organization and have inside info...you do not know where he is a certain people's draft boards.
There are always surprise QB picks in the first and second round. Also people who the media projects to be in the first and second round and falls to the latter half of the draft.

Look I don't think he is the 10th best QB this year and obviously it looks like you don't but the people who get paid to analyze this have him ranked anywhere from 6th to 10th.

the timing is not suspicious at all that was obviously done on purpose probably to penalize the individuals who had a failed test.
I am just guessing but doing it that close to the draft probably prevents them from being able to re-take the test by their agents in order to put out conflicting information.

Mett was a second round qb. It's not uncommon at all for a team who liked him to leak information like that for other teams to stay. away from him so they can get him in a later round an fill another need they have with that higher draft pick that they was gonna use on Mett. U get more talent at a bargain. It happens more than u think.

I was in the Army and there were plenty of people that had diluted samples but they also failed because there were enough trace elements of weed found in their system to show that's why it was diluted 100% of the time.

I have never heard of this being successful. In fact I know of 4 people that were everyday smokers when I was in the Army and all tried to dilute their test and all came back with positive listed as trace elements being found in urine sample.

I realize you have acted like a dumbass in this entire thread and probably prior to this thread but did it ever occur to you that each team has their own board not some master board. Also, I have mostly seen Mett projected as a 2nd and 3rd rounder lately but there was speculation just this last week that someone might try and move up at the end of the first to try and grab him. That hardly sounds like that team would view him as the 10th best QB.

I'm pretty sure Mett is thought to go in the 2nd round by most. If somebody can get him in 3rd or fourth, it's a bargain for a guy who will need a year or two.
