I would be very surprised if they even say much or do any talking themselves. I was suprised Fisher even would allow them to do so as there really is nothing to gain in this situation from talking to the police unless there was some overwhelming self-defense theory or some factual defense that would not implicate any of these players from culpability. Best policy usually is say nothing and let the lawyer do the talking, and this very may well be the case today.
On a side note, it is also very odd that Fisher is representing all 4 players. One could argue this would be an incredibly unethical practice to do so, as his clients all have different motivations and interests. As an example, he could not have one of his clients testify or implicate his other client for the benefit of the former client. I'm curious to see how this will be handled going forward as each individual would typically need their own representation in this instance. Also, LSU should not be forcing any of the potential players facing charges to talk to police just to save face for the university. Everyone is entitled to their rights in this instance and hopefully Les is not influencing them to do so.

If he kicked a defenseless man in the face or head, he should pay for that, period.

As a die hard LSU fan, I would hope that Miles will do what's right. All 4 of the players that were involved broke team rules for sneaking out in the first place. You program starts getting in trouble when you turn a blind eye toward starters. Look at Ohio State. Programs get in trouble, also, when you place all of your eggs in one basket. Remember Perilloux. So, i would hope Miles will do the right thing. Bench them. Sit them down. I would rather lose with Lee, then win with the likes of Jefferson.
Do the right thing Les!!!
Set a different standard!!!
You been under a rock brah?

It makes me sick that people are trying to justify what is rumored, mocking the alleged victims etc.

the facts are pretty evident. players got ina fight and beat some guys up. unless they were physically attacked unprovoked, then they need to be violated to thefullest extent of the law

We would have to forfeit to Oregon. Over 50 players broke curfew.
In the history of college football, I doubt a single player has ever been suspended for breaking curfew on a non-game week.

No one is justifying anything. Pretty much all have said if they have proof of any of the allegations then those players should suffer the consequences. Problem is EVERYTHING so far is just a rumor.

.
Obviously some basis to it, don't think JJ's going down to talk to the police about the benefits of running the option to the short side of the field.

Dude,
This is like "Senior Skip Day" in High school. The last 'off day' before fall school begins and the a LARGE group of the team ALWAYS sneak out. It happened under Miles EVERY year. And, Saban....and Dinardo. And, etc.
The "curfew" part is a non-issue. Yes, of COURSE the understanding is "don't get caught or I'll have to run you for punishment". But, the curfew skip happens at this time EVERY YEAR.

So the "victims" are allowed to give their side of the story but the "big angry black man" isn't?
