So I guess Meyer only has 1 NC and Zook has the other one?
At least according to your rationale.

Go soak your head! You sound like a whiny UGA fan. The Dawgs had the same opportunity LSU did, but failed to capitalize.

Saban won two SEC championships at LSU.

SEC record and SEC titles show Saban is better. Thanks for this.

So why even bother being a fan if you already know the outcome? What a pessimist!

If you cant see that Rkanas has a great offense, and we very likely wont be able to keep up with a poor OC, then you are unrealistic.

Yes the Hogs are #7 in the country in passing yards per game, but we are #23 in pass defense and have 12 INT's on the year.

While our offense has been struggling, Arkansas is the worst defense in the SEC. Every team that ranks below us in defense in the SEC (that we have played) we have beaten.

I like our chance against that "GREAT" Hog offense.

Not all in. Florida is winning because of Meyer's ability as a coach, whether he's coaching someone else's recruits or his own. LSU was very fortunate to win it all in 07 because every card in the deck fell just right for us in the end. I really don't think we would have been holding our breath until the very end had Saban still been here. Whatever admiration you still have for Miles after Ole Miss, I am the polar opposite. But no sense in arguing. I won't change your mind, and you won't change mine. Only further results will prove who's justified.

Me 2, I still have a little faith in Miles, I was one of his biggest fans, but we should have won that game against Ole Miss, why was he not thinking, why was he being so stupid!
I'm still a supporter of Miles, even though he struggles with time management, he needs to be more aware of the time!!

Yes there are going to be downward turns

This isn't a downward turn, it's the mid-point (approx.) of a downward trending slide that will bottom out at disappointing mediocrity.

If you're content with undisciplined penalties, poorly managed games and a total lack of game time adjustments then you've got lesser expectations of this program than the players and most fans do.

LSU still has my vote, just not with Les as part of it in the long run.

Seriously???

Miles is on the fast train to MEDIOCRE, and he is taking LSU with it.

When LSU won those championships, the teams that LSU beat to win those championships fired the coaches that couldn't beat Miles/Saban.

Guess What?

Those teams can beat us now, and it is blind and dumb luck that has us "Looking" competitive now. Just like it was blind luck that got Miles into the BCS Championship game.

Miles' luck has run out, because preparation and probability beats "Luck" in the long run.

The casino never loses, because the casino never gambles.

Woldorftiger, why do you "USE" "SO" "MANY" "CAPS" "IN" "QUOTES"? Did Les teach you that? I bet you use air quotes fairly often, right?

Air quotes suck. And so does Miles' coaching tactics and hiring practices over the last 4 years. Accept reality. "HE" "NEEDS" "TO" "MOVE" "ON".

It's ridiculous that it finally took something like last week's debacle for some LSU fans see that he's not a good coach. He's just been lucky.

yep.and his gameday management and team discipline on the field ofplay has been horrible all 6 years he has been here. lack of player development this year also. Dude is a waste of money @ 3.7 mill a year when he cannot even do the damn CEO job here. He surely cannot takeover the OC or DC position like most HC's do. he is just a face for LSU. no more, no less. our program is trending back down to earth with this azzclown.

The talent at LSU along with jimbo fisher, Bo Pellini, and yes Gary Crowton have made miles record what it is up to last year. Now crowton is fading into the darkness...supported miles for over 5 years, but cannot do it anymore.

Good post. I just can't figure out why. But I am not wavering on my respect for Coach Miles.
