I'd say with more pocket awareness and atleast a little bit more mobility and he could go 2nd round.

This. But if he does that and has the stats in the OP, I could see first round

Well that's really going out on a limb.

Well you have people in this thread that think ZM will throw for 25+ tds and nearly reach the three yard passing mark.

Not to mention, next years QB class is stacked.

Landry also made him look good with some of his overthrows early in the season. Also, the idea that ZM is going to throw 25+ TDs is a bit far fetched. Some of you need to come back down to reality.

Yea I said good year that does not mean 25 tds and 3500 yards if he can limit his turnovers and make some plays and show a good amount of improvement he can get a chance in NFL

I don't see him surpassing Tahj Boyd,Manziel,Murray or Maccarron in his draft stock.

Bridgewater is a better pro prospect than all the guys you mentioned too. Most mock drafts have him going right after Clowney.

With that being said, a ZM with mobility, pocket awareness, accuracy on the deep balls, and the stats in the OP, would pass Boyd, Maccarron, and maybe even manziel. Butttttttt.... That is never going to happen in all likelihood

Honestly its way to early to be predicting any type of mock drafts or were players will go because so much can happen in one year ex. Matt Barkley was the supposed to be sure fire #1 pick yea he going in 2nd round so I think we should let the season play out then decide were all of these guys could go.

The writing was on the wall for Barkley last year. The lose of his LT and a garbage oline did him in.

Wait, is Manziel considering leaving after his sophomore campaign?

I didn't think he'd be the type of QB wanted in the draft

He certainly doesn't need the money either

You keep mentioning him, but I don't think it's a given he comes out. While a great college QB, he appears to be about 5'11". Not a whole lot of those in the NFL, and I'm not sure he has Russell Wilson's arm.

Not to say he won't get drafted, but I don't think it'll be so high that he won't be tempted to come back to college. Assuming he doesn't win the Heisman this year, he'd have 2 more seasons to try to become only the 2nd 2-time winner. And he seems to be enjoying college. Unless he wins it this year, I think he at least comes back for his JR season.

At the A&M spring game Kirk H. said Johhny had one of the best arms in college football.....I have seen on scout that he is the #1 rated QB when he comes out either his junior or senior year but not soph year

25 TDs, 3,200 yards, and 8 ints would push him into the first round, and us into the Natty

They're wrong. No one will take him as the first QB off the board because he's too short.

Broncos took Tebow in the first round and he cant throw the ball to save his life so why not take a guy who yes is undersized but has a good arm, accuracy and is very mobile. I think when he comes out he will go in first round but then again a lot can happen from then to now.

Manziel made it pretty clear to Kirk that he isn't looking to stay in college station much longer. I don't see him going in the early 1stR, but I could see a team reaching on him and trying to jump on the read option style qb fad that is in now.

Yes but with the crazy amount of publicity and hype Johhny will bring to the whole draft procsess I see a team jumping to get him in the 1st IMO.

Do you think he goes in a higher round than Tom Brady did?
