StubHub explanation for ticket delivery delays.

I purchased four tickets to the OU game vs LSU, plus a parking pass two blocks from the stadium. Got the pass but tickets are delayed.
Contacted StubHub. Got a bot that explained it as: Venue policy often delays delivery for your safety and security.
I didn't buy that because as a season ticket holder for the Texas Rangers I can sell tickets and they are immediately delivered. So I contact the OU ticket office and they confirmed that all tickets have been sold and there is no delay in transferring digital tickets
So I contacted them, again, and asked for a live agent, not a bot. Took ten minutes, but the agent explained that the seller is a corporate reseller who buys up thousands of tickets and resells them, and they use their own method to send them out and that causes the delay.
The agent said, next time, look at the delivery date before buying, which didn't register with me before I pushed the Purchase Now button on my screen. He explained that if the tickets aren't delivered (he said it would be surprising as this seller has sold hundreds of thousands of tickets on StubHub w/o a failure to deliver mark) that StubHub would replace the tickets with similar or better seats, on game day. Great! That's all I need, getting stressed out over getting someone to replace tickets the day of game.
Anyway, Dear Facebook, I know, but this is just to let other buyers know to check that delivery date before buying.

If you purchased tickets this far in advance you waaaaaaaaay overpaid for tickets. You should always wait until the week of the game.

I purchased because they were on the 35 and all in with fees were only $114 each and everything else in that section we're selling for over $240 each.
