Who says I need to travel a great distance? Maybe I'm already in Winn Parish and much closer to the compound.

MH, when you say if you hang on to your job you'll be set in 5 years, are you implying that everything will be dirt cheap then, or that you'll just be better relative to everyone else?

well, asset prices will decline. if you have income, you can set yourself up nicely by buying assets on the cheap.
