I have found over time that the "balancing" of 401k funds is not really going to help you at all. Especially in your 30s I'd put it all in a Large Cap domestic equity fund and call it a day.

Penn State is going to have some longer term recruiting problems now with Virginia Tech being back in the mix. Franklin recruited Virginia really heavily at Penn State and is now going to get a lot of those at VA Tech.
