In a world where we care about the actual business, this thing would not even file. This is a pure money grab, and is pennies on the dollar compared to the peak crypto frenzy back in 2021.
The last reported quarter the company lost 320+ million dollars and is trending downwards. When the bell cow of the industry coinbase is telling you trading volumes have plummented even in a record marker that should be massive red flag.
This thing only exists to make major fees on people's ignorance, that time has faded.
They are now trying to rush to market after the Circle IPO and ride some coat tails for a quick buck.
Could it pump on listing... sure, but its a clear gamble. The business itself is a losing proposition

Well I put in an order the day I made this thread that ended up being 70% filled
Up 104% today on that investment.
Corrected my percentage. The stock is up 67%. My earnings were 104%
