I'm not trying to disparage anyone's points. It's very true indoor malls are taking a beating, but Simon Properties owns a SHITTON of malls of all types. This company gets it. They understand the industry trends and shifts, and their stock reflects it:
Stock Chart -- NYSE: SPG, Up 275% in the last 5 years
They build lifestyle centers and power centers as well. I'm curious to know how many indoor malls they have shed from their portfolio.
