I’ve always found this kind of thing interesting. Why not make the donation when you are alive and well so you can see the fruit of your work?

We want to ensure we aren't a financial burden for our kids first. We will likely make the donation specific to a cause within the Church.

What a waste.

You can be agnostic and still appreciate what the Catholic Church has provided. It provides education and healthcare for more people every day across the world than any other human institution. Similar to all other institutions led by mankind, it has its share of evil within, but don't let that cloud your judgement.

Once man abolishes God, the government becomes the God. - GK Chesterton

I believe most freedom loving people would prefer private charities provide solutions before the government imposes theirs.

God was created by man to explain the irrationality of existence. Religion was created by men to capitalize of of God.

History teaches all too well the "good" that religion has provided the world.

Ask yourself, does man need God to be good?

Just got back from Mexico and that's barely three figures. You'll need to try a bit harder to be a peso baller
