I just glanced the prospectus. They are 100% going alone.
Some nuggets:
ETA: I do agree increasing cash to ramp production, this is a good sign bc they believe the approval will go through and starting the manufacturing process now for inventory starting Q1 '21 makes sense.
Been here too long to dump holdings, specially after the AH sell off but this is tough.

Some nuggets:
quote:
our target launch date for voclosporin as a treatment for LN in the United States, if approved, in the first quarter of 2021
our strategy to become a global biopharmaceutical company
our belief that VOS has the potential to compete in the multi-billion-dollar human prescription dry eye market
our belief that the annualized pricing for voclosporin for LN could range between US$45,000 and US$90,000

I don't know if I've really had a significant position (relative to me) in a company when they did another offering like this. Do we get subscription warrants or something if we don't want to dilute our position? How does that work through a brokerage account?

Another offering?!?
what's your thoughts on this?

We were once stuck at $5
Now we’re stuck at $15,
We once hoped for a quick $30
Now we hope for a long march to $90+
If you’ve made your money, and you want to move it elsewhere I don’t see any harm in that.
But for me, over the past 3.5 years I’ve built a portfolio substantial enough to earn my wife and I a small fortune with a bit of patience. It could put us way ahead for our age. In fact, if I had to pick a stock right now to put us way ahead, it would still be AUPH. Thankfully, I’ve got a great head start.
We work, we save, we invest, we give, we enjoy life on a relatively low combined income. I’ve got no reason to get cute if I’m perfectly content right now.
So I’ll gladly wait until commercialization, continue adding in small increments, and invest regular Roth contributions in mostly boring stuff like VYM.
Here’s to a 10–15 billion dollar company within three years

I first bought AUPH in March 2017. Have been buying and selling and now have 850 shares that is all house money and another 2K in profit. The last time I bought was this year at $15.00 and will add more if it drops below 15. Do not remember who first recommended this but I ow you big time. Thanks

I think Paul Allen started mentioning it with PULM back in fall of ‘16. Here’s a gem from February 2017:

My Roth is loaded with Auph shares and options, and Plug options. If all goes according to plan then I am going to be a pretty happy camper.

Because CIM is in the tank, I think about 70% of my current Roth value is AUPH

I have another 1,200 shares in a traditional IRA. Plan ton move that to the Roth after I move out of NYC.

Holding 12,000 shares. Expected to hit $17.50 today. Sounds like new offering put a check on last night’s news and today’s aggressive movement. Never held a stock through these kind of movements and expectations. Been in and out of Tesla over the years, but been in now from $600’s. Guess I’ll hold both for a while longer. Their futures are now tied to mine

Not on wall st, but in the industry.

That’s awesome. I am trying to get to 10k shares. I may buy some more options on the next dip

I bought 1000 shares at 3.45 in March of 2017. Sold later in the year for 6+ dollars. Was holding another 1000 shares I bought below 6 and sold half at 20 dollars and change. What a ride!!!

I am in with 1000's of shares averaged at $6.05. Buying 500 more at open. Looks like some sell off in the overnights.

I like the $15 Jan 22 calls. I will get what I can under $6. The Jan 22 calls give plenty of runway for BO or enough time to get it to market.

so in essence this just went from "hoping for buyout news any day" to "hopefully they report good sales figures in 2022" ??

You're gonna see good price action in anticipation of sales. There will be opportunities.
