re: The Pitt Season 2 (Spoilers)

Jesus christ ..

It was always understood that Dr King was spectrumish, but now theyre sending her into full on convulsions...

Its amazing how quickly Hollywood writers can torpedo a series or movie
34 years old and considers himself washed.. thats just crazy

I would have guessed he was in his forties

He’s more accurate. Far more accurate.

He and Rob literally just predict the opposite of each other.. and then pat themselves on the back when theyre right

Cozart just followed the GFS last year when predicting all that snow, and got it right. Rob got it wrong because he couldn't admit that his stupid GRAF model is a piece of shite

Yes I’m sure the Knicks fan will love a guy who’s always injured and doesn’t play defense and no jump shot. That’s gonna end well!

My point being -- when he arrives at MSG suddenly those 'injuries' arent as serious and he starts doing all the things we wished he would do here

So we are getting Zion?

And the Knicks would likely get the good version of Zion

I know KAT is soft as hell

Whatever player you trade for, you have to assume they will give 70% effort at best once they get to New Orleans

They'll sit thru minor injuries and they'll embrace their worst playing habits because... its the Pelicans..... who gives a shite
We've been fairly competitive in most games... Just lose it when the other team decides to stop frickin around and play basketball.
The entire d-line has felt like they are one player away from being very good... and Breese is not the weak link

Looking at you Godchaux, Shephard, Saunders....

Hopefully one of Boyd or Broughton turns into the true NT that we need

Mendoza reminds me a lot of Shough

Wtf..

Shough can effortlessly flick the ball 40 yards like Aaron Rodgers

Mendoza looks like hes loading up every thing he has to chuck it that far
Yeah this does nothing but hurt the Saints

God I hope our idiot admin doesnt try to trade up to 5 or 6 for some reason

Adding Broughton next year is like getting another draft pick.. unless he got the Bo Jackson hip injury

Correction: Joe Dumars traded the #1 and #2 overall pick

Losing Joel is gonna hurt so much worse than whatever players we lose to trades or FA

Its going to be hilarious when the blue boods of the SEC realize that schools like Penn State, Ohio State, USC, etc can run circles around them in endowments.. There's only so many trial lawyers and chicken finger guys to keep dumping more money, and LSU has already lowered admission standards to the point of having gangland shootouts at the tailgates

seems"? not, it doesn't "seem" crazy, it IS crazy

The guy is a 1000 yard receiver every years hes played except the year he missed half the season..

The only leverage the team has is to hold the concussion risk over his head to try and get him at a discount, but thats probably the fastest way to nuke the locker room you could pick
I guess I'm looking at it from the point of view that we need two WRs - a big possession receiver and a good #2.

Everyone seems to agree that Olave is an elite #2, so if you can pair him with a rookie that turns into a solid #1 on a rookie contract, you've got your two WRs for a few years at $30-35m combined.

Whats the alternative? Let him walk and go get AJ Brown at $32m per year and pair him with a rookie to be #2?
I dont understand the Olave stuff..

He's clearly WR1 on this team, even if hes not a true WR1 on most NFL teams.. and beyond him, we dont have much of anything in the cupboard.. So we want to dump/trade Olave and take a WR1 in the draft? That would leave us with one WR and a bunch of scrubs - exactly where we are now.

Is Olave worth $30 million? Probably not..

Is Olave + Tate/Tyson worth $35 million? Id say so.

Is Olave + Chris Bell worth $32 million? Absolutely
Getting closer..

They're throwing around terms like "base salary" for a reason.

Wont be long until the "student athletes" aren't even students anymore, but rather just another name on the payroll next to the professors and the janitors
They were using him to great success as a 6th blocker on run plays.. His PFF grade was excellent in that role

The Chargers spent a 6th on him

We spent a 1st and more picks to draft him

We really taking a victory lap here?
