If they get the 2037 patent

Does this get announced at the time of approval or does this come out later?

There were some large blocks being sold around the 14.60 price. Of course they were bought up instantly but who would be selling that many shares this close to decision?

Man if the label is 2037 we are sitting pretty. Buyout might take a couple months or could be very fast. The one thing I thought about was all the stock options that have been given to the new sales people and everyone else, If the company gets bought out those share automatically vest on the date of sale. I went through something similar with my company two years ago. Was given 1000 options, and within 6 months the company was sold. My shares netted me 70k overnight.

It’s likely hedge funds and algos.
Even the current share price is extremely suppressed. Let’s see if they can keep it under wraps again tomorrow...

Man, let’s please get this approval so I can sell and move on from this stock. I’ve probably lost years off my life because of buying into this stock a year and a half ago lol

What are y’all’s stop losses set at in the event the news is not good? I see some dips today, so don’t a stop loss kicking in on a dip prior to the news.

stocks like this are classic examples of stockholm syndrome

these people have been married to this crappy stock for half a decade, i remember talking about AUPH when it was $6-8 range 5 years ago lol

the less you stay unattached to MOST of these stocks/cryptos the better off youll be.

It's been a rocky relationship for sure. Three years and ten months now!

I've never placed a stop loss on AUPH. I've only eyed the long term prize because the science has never been something to reasonably doubt.

I’m just hoping to improve on my $120k paper profit. Actually hoping to triple it. To each his own.

The longer the stock trades sideways-ish the more I think a lot of the approval is already priced in. Either way if we hit $20 I’ll be pumped.

If it ends up getting approval and make a decent run it will have been worth it.. but yes there have been many others this year that would have generated the same or better returns in a fraction of the time

the truth is nearly everyone is ready to move on from this thing but few would ever admit it.

only if you got in after phase 3. if you got in early, this has clearly outperformed the market.

I mean that's a lie since it traded over $10 in 2017 and now sits at $14.90

Ok, pick the market high from 2017 and the market low from 2020... (that's as arbitrary as the thing you just did). AUPH traded above $10 in 2017 for a matter of minutes.

If you bought from $5-7 where it hung out for so long, then you are up 100 to 200% right now, which of course beats the market.
