personally if you can afford it, i think that its a good opportunity right now...
just make sure your getting a good deal, don't overpay for it.
i just bought a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse in lafayette for $72/sq ft from a guy who needed to sell bad. its valued for $98/ sq ft. im not trying to toot my own horn, but if the deals right i would buy
