It’s almost as if a couple clowns who have never done this before are at the helm
That, is what i think is happening

It's been pretty clear from the beginning.

I didnt know that was possible with crypto.
Thats why so many devs of shitters renounce ownership of the k.
Knowing morons can do whatever keeps people from investing.

Audit
I skimmed over the audit, and these quotes are not in the audit, I think I saw it a few pages back, but this is commentary on their evaluation. I would like to read it if you know where it came from. For example #16 never mentions 12% slippage in the audit.

Dude, sorry for seeming sketch with my first post ever on TD. What you thinking odds of SEC walking in? They keep making posts about buying the dip and to the moon and it's making me nervous. I was trying to ride my f250 to a paid off house but now considering sticking to the truck.

If you would have listened to these retards you wouldn’t have anything.

I stated the audit finding # and applied common sense comments/questions directly related to the audit findings.

I am pretty sure the SEC has ALOT bigger things to worry about.

This is normal for EVERY crypto coin project.

Cover your cost basis, take profits, be smart, and understand that any day the price could go to zero. Do not treat this like a stock. There are enough wallets that are not locked, that have enough coins to wipe out all of the liquidity should they decide to sell.

Nobody knows.
I'd say the closest we've seen of sec enforcement against shitters were projects like the centra tech token. However, the misrepresentations (fraud) is what seemed to do them in, and I think they got 8 years and 1 year in the boom boom room for theirs.
Maybe the sec gets their panties in a wad over the fraud more than security violations. frick if I know; I've never worked for them.
These guys don't seem to be grossly misrepresenting anything though, so, if the sec has that line, they'd be good.
However, I think they are a security. I can't make a good argument for them passing Howey. But, I haven't seen an instance where the sec hammered a shitter for that issue alone. Centratech's was more focused on the fraud and paid celebs not putting it on the table.
I think they needed utility before they let the public buy it. The answers they've given in the tele are: the charity aspect, some bullshite about being built on binance, and some bullshite about future utility was why they wouldn't be a security. I just don't see it.
Also, I've ran across several places where they called it an "investment" and, like another poster said, wouldn't want the team on tele dropping to the moon meme and shite.
Personally, I 100% am relying on the founders of the coin to make me money, but, unlike some grandmas, I know I'm licking a bus window.
Tldr: I don't fricking know. Do your own research. I'd be in again if they hadn't halted trading. It's early, and you don't let it die early.

Out of curiosity, how would everybody's sentiment be if they had to release a 3rd contract?

Can't argue with that.
Rize, I love gmex. Why do you keep saying I hate it?
Posted on 11/7/21 at 8:52 am to TSLG
The last time we had a local sports radio guy giving advice for a multi-million dollar operation, we got Ed Orgeron. I am not saying GMEX won't be successful, but the more these talking heads beg and promote this product (and publicly threaten those who sell), the more I am turned off.

Why the hell are so many people on this board worried about Moscona? He’s getting paid to endorse the product, and doing exactly that. Do we really think Jerry Rice and Brett Favre about their copper flex crap they advertise?
The second point is I’m sure he’s made a chunk of cash on Gamecoin and it’s in his best and wants to make a lot more.
I’m following this thread to see if it’s too late to get in on this crypto fad working it’s way through BR. All these tech issues give me pause.

These idiots are going to turn new people away from crypto in the long run.

So first actually it's a little different here as it could be argued he is giving unlicensed financial advice and potentially opening himself to some liability. You might have noticed most financial/crypto content creators generally have a disclaimer at the start of their videos.
Second, since all of ownership/Moscona's wallets are not fully doxxed, the project is susceptible to insider trading/price manipulation tactics. Presumably both Ownership and Moscona know when new endorsements are comings and when Moscona going to pump: they can promote/drop news, inflate price and sell, and repeat. Right now, there is nothing in Gamecoin to stop the owner from doing this. Pretty simple fix, dox all of the owner's wallets and locked them for 2 year term. Additionally I think Moscona should dox his wallet as a sign of good faith in the project.
Third, the god admin keys in the possession of the owner, seriously read GME-11, this is not good for investors. What good is an asset that can be arbitrarily locked from sale by one person? If you have $50,000 cash value in Gamecoin but are prevented for selling or transferring your gamecoin by the owner, how much is your Gamecoin worth?
2 and 3 are part of the Centralization risk mentioned in the Certik audit. LINK
I think everyone should read GME-11 and GME-19 before investing in this project

This piece of shite token is among the worst that crypto has to offer. If you think this actually represents crypto you need to dig a little deeper with your research.
