At this age put it all in either a total stock market index or a s and p 500 index. Look at your options and google them and find the one that does this. If you can’t figure it out run your options through ChatGPT and ask it which ones are either of the above.

If you don’t want to spend time worrying about how to allocate your 401k investments, choose the appropriate Target Retirement Account fund. With you being 30 years from retirement, it will likely put you about 95% in the kind of stocks folks are suggesting. As you get older, it will slowly rebalance to a more conservative mix with more bonds.
