MARPS - Trust Fall?

(Disclaimer: I currently hold shares of MARPS, and should be assumed biased)
I’ll put my analysis below, but I also had a question to the veteran investors of the forum:
Is there something not easily seen with trust stocks? Are they just boring, or some flaw that investors would stay away?
Analysis (Per share, TTM):
Market Cap: $3.62M
Revenue: $0.41
Expenses: $0.10
Earnings (Diluted): $0.28
Cash: $0.47
Debt: $0.00
Assets: $0.00 (Because it’s a trust?)
Dividend: NA (Trailing $0.32)
EPS Growth% (3y): -2.94%
I would assess price value at $2.57
(“.28 Earnings” x 7.5*) + (“.47 Cash - Debt”**) = $2.57
*Owning the business, expected ROI of 10 years. Accounting for margin of error, subtract 25%. That's where the "7.5" comes from.
**Cash - Debt is added to the valuation because owning the company, one would also own the cash.
Currently sitting at $2.00 in after hours trading, and I have my lot for $1.94 currently.
