That makes me scared. BC they aren't buying at $130+/share
I was thinking about this one. Why would executive team take a company that is on pace to have an ARR of $8B sell for $130 a share? An $8B company should be in the $300+/share range, not $130. That would make zero sense.
That doesn't include all of the equity they have in Clickhouse, Avride, Toloka, etc...
That guys was just pulling a prediction out of his arse. This is like trying to pay Toyota prices for a Lamborghini... Not a reasonable proposition...

If Arkady didn't sell Yandex to Google, he's sure as hell not selling Nebius.
Nothing about this management indicates sell.
They take pride in what they're doing. Notably, discovering AI start ups and helping them grow to enterprise level or beyond on Aether 3.1
They'd have to get a 100bn bid right now to just consider it (5x).

I think he used those exact words a few days back.
I am being aggressive here because I have another portfolio where I will get a 20%+ return. This money is something I'm being aggressive with, and I see an opportunity to double/triple my money. The cost of that is that it will be a wild ride to the end goal.
I'm hoping that once the market accepts the validity of the data centers, the stock will be more consistent and not quite as "inconsistent". Validity is not the right word. Necessity is better.
I still keep saying that I'd like them to encorporate graphene in their data centers to make them much more efficiency. The good stuff from HGRAF, of course...

FYI - this recent drop is the 3rd time this year, that NBIS has dropped 40%. It bounced bag big time the other two times.
We'll see...

New data center site
I read about that earlier this month. Are there any data centers that will be opening this year? Or is all of their new capacity going to be expansion of existing site?
I know of new data centers in MO, IN, and AL, but have no idea when they will be operational. Seems that at least one of them has to be operational, if they are going to expand to 1 GW of operational power by the end of 2026.

At the moment, most of the announced expansions are expansions of existing sites, not entirely new greenfield builds. As you mentioned, a few new facilities have been mentioned in MO, IN, and AL, but there’s limited publicly available info on exact go-live dates for those.
To hit a target like 1 GW of operational power by the end of 2026, it’s likely going to be a mix of both: Expansions of existing centers and New sites that are already in planning or early construction.
If one or more of the new MO/IN/AL sites isn’t operational yet, that’s not surprising as large facilities often take 12–24 months from groundbreaking to commercial load. So in 2025 the early waves of capacity are almost certainly expansions and staged builds, with some new sites expected to come online in 2026.

As I mentioned, without at least one of those new sites coming on line in 2026, I dont see how they meet their goals. The math doesnt add up for me.
We know what coming up short does for stock prices, so I hope they can make it...

Looks like Arkadiy and company sold some of their holdings yesterday

I think they had until 2/27 to sell shares as part of a plan announced earlier in the year.

Interesting they sold now at this level instead of seeing what happens over next 2 months.
I wonder if they did so for 2025 tax reasons?

I’m out of it fully right now. Too sketchy for me until I begin to see an AI reversal

By the end of 2026?
