I can't speak on rent.
But I can speak for the jobs provided by food, insurance, and health care.
To some people, jobs are kind of a big deal.

jobs provided by food
Will decrease drastically in the next decade or two due to automation while profits climb

insurance
Probably not in the near future but at least the health insurance portion of this will probably get the axe at some point. Its kind of a predatory industry but necessary

health care
Health care costs are overinflated to begin with because we have the worst possible system you can have: a market with a mix of both government insured people and privately insured people who pay their own way. Either a universal system or a completely privatized system would be better than what we have because it would/should correct market inefficiencies either way.
There aren't a lot of jobs being created right now for healthcare though, its just mostly old positions that need to be filled. Hence travel nurses getting paid like doctors in some cases.

Lol
You do know that automation has been around for decades already, right?
You hit the wrong industry for dramatic decreases. Try transportation.

Right now, there are shortages in the insurance labor market. Layoffs are hitting a few gorillas (geico) who are getting killed with claims losses (driving rates up). And this could spread to other companies if the economy crashes. But right now, the industry is scooping up those geico employees because there is a deficit caused by retirees.
I don't understand your predatory comments on health insurance. By a broad overgeneralization, everything is predatory. Especially the government.

Do you just make shite up?
An increasing general population and increasing aged population are creating a ton of jobs in the Healthcare industry.
Maybe if you live in a town with a decreasing population, you may be correct. But that is a you problem.

There are a lot more aspects to food than just the production portion of the supply chain. You should know this. Automation is going to cut jobs at restaurants and grocery stores drastically. Automation is already making farming easier and less labor-intensive, on the factory side automation will hit it too.

I just work at one of the top health systems in the country and see this stuff first hand, and know it’s occurring elsewhere in the country from talking to similar institutions, but what do I know?
You think they are paying travel nurses what they are being paid now for kicks? Older nurses retired during Covid and those positions weren’t permanently filled. Cleaning staff left. Office staff left.
