336m shares outstanding, I bet consolidated between all of us within this thread ~500k shares. If we could pick up another 20-25m shares we could probably make a run
ETA: I'd like to to know if the IR manager wonders "why are so many Gulf Coast baws picking up shares" and imagine if they stumbled across this thread...

Wise words? You are barking up the wrong tree lol
No look I was disappointed in the delays and kind of went against my initial philosophy where I was going to lighten up or pull significantly if they missed deadlines (which back then was October).
Over time I mellowed given I truly like the story and trust people involved.
I still maintain the binary thesis - 10's of billions or worthless. To me, this week is officially the moment where in my mind there is no looking back.
The EPA and this raise tell me they are moving forward with real production - now whether that is to front run sales or whether they have some LOIs or better yet POs - that is to be determined, but I am more bullish now than ever.
And frankly the raise actually made me more bullish. Suggested some urgency to produce. Meaningful amount of cash with limited dilution (timing was great). This should get them running and cash flow hopefully will limit any future needs.
It has been a heck of a ride, but I am hoping it has just begun. There is a window here if the right deals are struck that this thing can skyrocket in the current environment.

I think we make up more then 500K (not sure whether to include Meka as I suspect he had a huge pile).
Dock is over 100K if I remember correctly. I am at 100K. Jax Tiger I think is playing it close to the vest but clearly a meaningful investment. I wouldnt be surpised if we are closer to 750k between all of us.

Nice to see that sort of oversubscribed demand.
Lots of people going to be desperately trying to build a position in what I believe is going to be a key nanotechnology/ nanomaterial stock of the next decade.

Go fish….
Kevin twitter post - take with grain of salt but damn

So probably 1m in total. Kind of wild to think some Gulf Coast baws/TDMB are pushing 0.03% of the company and it all started 7/25/2025 due to you. So, hat tip and
I will say, I'm about half of your holdings so if this all shakes out to what we hope - I'll happily pay for a trip to Lake Reynolds and play golf for a week on HGRAF returns, if you play golf. Or if you'd rather rip reels and shoot hogs from a chopper, my cousin has a spot in Matagorda. If this breaks $100 a share I got you.

LOL My wife figuring some of it out saved with the NBIS November incident - I had to pull some money out to appease her lol
I have made her aware of this - she is somehow being patient with me for this - I think it helps is the biggest chunk I have is in IRA so we cannot spend it anyways

I already derisked - was as high as 130-135K at some point - sold down to 100K to get basis to 0. Obviously short term regret but long term rare opportunity to fully derisk and still have significant skin in the game so I took it.

Funny you should say this. I was discussing this with someone a month or so ago, and we mentioned that we should all get together at some spot and have a celebratory event. We would all chip in and pay for Ignoring's expenses.
I was going to propose Vero Beach, where I live, because the golf and the fishing are outstanding, and we could all get rooms at Costa d'Este (Gloria Estefan's Spa and Hotel), and golf, fish for a trophy sailfish, drink, eat, and the wives can go to the spa). Disney has a resort there, as well. All on the ocean, and very relaxing.
Vero is a lazy little town of 17k people, but with a lot of theatre, live music, museum, and restaurant options, shops, and beautiful beaches. Great for R&R, as it's very walkable.

Only if we get to use graphene enhanced golf clubs and fishing rods.

I like Vero beach - my daughter did a Lax camp there for a few december weekends over the years - definitely like the laid back vibe

This rang a bell and yup I have a few clients that live on the flower streets not far from there. Great spot. I could probably twist some arms and get Riomar or Johns Island on the docket for golf. Would be dependent on number of baws and/or # shares owned

John's Island has 3 courses. The West Course is on the mainland and away from the housing development where the other two courses are. You literally have to drive down a gravel road past a couple of decrepit manufactured homes to get to the John's Island West Course - I guess to disguise what's really down that dirt road.
Almost all of the courses in Vero Beach are private, but there are 4 courses that are top 50 in Florida (Out of 1200 in the state). John's Island (West Course on the mainland), Hawks Nest, Red Stick, and Quail Valley. All of them are private and hidden. No homes on the course, a small, non-descript entrance, and you can't see the course from the road. The entry ways are small and non-desript, so you would never know the course is there if it weren't for Google satellite photos...
There are other great course - John's Island North and South, Orchid Island, RioMar, The Moorings, Bent Pine, Grand Harbor (36 holes), Indian River Club, and Vero Beach Country Club. No shortage of options.
What happens there, stays there...
