Another Short Report

But given overlap I think it must flow from same group.

My my what a time for Kjirstin to have a meeting

We'll definitely see what she's made of.
I think she'll keep the perspective that $1.50 is truly an incredible price and that all press is good press.
Those who dig will like what they find.

Obvious short is obvious?
Check out the 14,000 share sell way below the bid...

Any validity to that short report?

ETA I see you addressed some things earlier. I’ll read that.

The latest one I need to spend more time on (that I do not have right now).

It has not changed my opinion from what I have seen. Definitely some he said she said in terms of commericial viability.

Which bluntly from post one - that has been the key trigger - will the commerical contracts come over the back half of 2025 and first portion 2026.

We know Kjirstin is young - that is not really in debate.

I do want to re-emphasize - bringing in new independent directors, including a former managing partner of a decent sized auditing Firm really is not consistent action with trying to pull off a pump and dump. And that hire was done before the push by K Bam that started this. And it not part of the main thesis for most.

So I can see on the surface why folks think P&D and again I am quite familiar with them - but there are some clear steps management has taken that are dramatically counter to that.

Granted I have never shorted a stock in my life and even question whether it’s ethical or not but had no idea that there are such detailed reports on potential negative aspects of a company.

It is a cottage industry now and some have been for the common good. Hindenburg for example took down Nikola which was needed (I do not buy the Tucker Carlson spin at all). Several key examples that are solid, particulary if you go back to the Chinese Reverse Merger craze in the 2000's.

However, it has become a tool for manipulation too - It is interesting - they call out paid promotion when their entire intent of releasing the report is to profit off their short position. They are doing the same thing at a minimum that a promotion does the other way.

Gotta love this space

At least we’ve now confirmed that it’s safe to take profits if it ramps again because it will get pounded back down at some point.

Just on the surface there are some shady players involved, and the CEO’s “experience” is comical, but this is also a Canadian penny stock, so I’m not sure that in and of itself is even noteworthy.

Sure, I guess. But if she weren't the CEO you'd have never heard of HGRAF.

The previous guy had no clue how to leverage his business.
Kjirsten has made great leaps.

Exactly on the shady players and it will be that for definition. A $0.10 penny stock in Vancouver is going to garner one type of PIPE partner from 2017 through 2025 - and it ain't Blackrock.

And agree on the CEO, but again unlike most penny stocks this is not the CEOs baby/technology - you are betting on the patents and tech through the GEIC. Either it changes the world or doesn't. Her steps have been fairly solid so far in setting up the upside (ofcourse we do not know the inner workings).

I don't necessarily agree with the short report. I'm just posting it for information. The short report comes from a company that professionally shorts stocks and they have shorted HGRAF.

It could be true that they have no case and they everything that they themselves say is manipulated for their own financial good.
They seek to overwhelm readers with plausible information.

Posted that short above - clearly coordinated with the other given overlap of material - this one goes into more detail.

The fact that it starts with the stock being up 1200% because of an organized paid promotion campaign really hurts its credibility to me. Unless they have evidence K Bam is lying and got paid, this run rests almost solely on his promotion as a shareholder - not a company led pump

As has been rightfully noted, the C suite doesnt have much ownership so what is their benefit of such a pump. Jirstin only got several million options after a 1000% move exercisable at market at that time (post 1000% move). So again, the surface argument is lazy.
