I’ve gone ahead and stopped expecting any big news to break before the end of the year. I’m sure the permitting office is off for the holidays already. Damn government workers are as bad as teachers.

Everyone's sentiment with this one is still hold and wait?

I sold at $2.10 when they had the offering a month ago but looking to get back in at this point.

That is my plan. I've been slowly adding on a weekly basis. I think we'll hang in this range for awhile until we get news on either contracts or EPA approval. I'm seeing a lot of expectation for that to be Q1-Q2 but who knows.

I will keep adding until that time, with money I can afford to lose. I acknowledge this is still a gamble but with big upside.

Same. I keep adding on dips. My $1.96 buy didn't hit this morning.

Even if it goes to 5 bucks a share, there will be a nice profit...

What do we all think is the better play? SLI or HGRAF?

Hgraf has the luxury of only proving it CAN perform better than SLI.

SLI has had numerous setbacks and rollercoasters beyond what we’ve seen with hgraf. That might be a good thing, though.

Didn’t I read that it has to reach $4/share before it can be uplisted and that is targeted for first quarter 2026?

So, maybe by end of Summer 2026.

Pretty sure she said that they weren't planning for uplist any more..

ETA: I think she said would be happy if it happened but not currently striving towards it. I could be completely wrong but that's what I remember.

I don’t remember seeing that. I don’t like the sound of that at all. My plan was to sell 25% after the initial spike after uplisting.

I’ll do some digging and report back.

10.22.25 Letter to Shareholders

quote:

As part of these conversations, we have discussed future plans as to whether further integrating in the U.S. or a potential NASDAQ listing would be in the best interests of the Company. While no application for listing has been submitted at this time, these initiatives remain under consideration as part of a broader strategic review aimed at positioning HydroGraph for long-term growth. Given that the Company’s operations, research partnerships, and key market opportunities are primarily U.S.-based, management is strategically assessing options that could enhance access to capital, strengthen industry relationships, and support future development. No definitive decisions have been made, and the review process is ongoing.

There was also a video posted at a conference around the same time where Kirsten said they were putting off the NASDAQ listing plans indefinitely, but Youtube now says the video is private.

I don't think she said they weren't planning on listing, but said she didn't have a timeline for when that would happen. She recently said in an interview that they were still on track to list, but, probably due to delays in EPA approval, they no longer had a timeline on when it would happen.

The next big event is EPA approval to start manufacturing. That will lead to signing a contract for a building, which will lead to manufacturing and selling to customers. Those steps will lead to spikes in the stock price, which will make NASDAQ listing inevitable.

Listing on the NASDAQ will be happen once the stock goes beyond $4, as I understand.

Yes, that's what I read too - I should have worded it better. Like you said, I understand her to mean that when it happens organically, then great. But they are no longer targeting a specific timeframe

Thanks for the info, guys.

I’ll continue to just hold tight and see what happens. Dreams of $10 share dancing like lollipops in my head, or whatever that Christmas carol says.

Damn EPA is crushing our dreams but I can only imagine the regulatory hurdles for a process that include controlled acetylene explosions.

The upside is that if they get approval, they can make as much of it as they want. They don't have to worry about finding a mine and that mine playing out.

They will probably have R&D costs to figure out new uses for this stuff, but the worst case scenario seems to be that either A.) Someone else figures out how to produce pure SP2 graphene and gets to market first, or B.) The demand never materializes at the scope they are talking about.
