I agree, if, and that's a HUGE (PJ HUGE with caps and !!!!!!!!!!!!!) if. However, they better get the course right this time.
The Turn is a much better venue for this event than TPC. It had great scoring holes, and a really demanding finish. 18 was traditionally one of the hardest finishing holes on Tour, usually up there with 18 at Doral.

agreed.
It's really a disappointing result considering the TPC course was built specifically by the PGA to host a tour event....I mean how do you mess that up when it is your principal goal?

Bohn needs a birdie on 17 or 18 to set the course record.

He's got 21 ft for birdie on 17 with the hole tucked left by water. This is one impressive round

315 yd drive in fairway on 18. Decision time. Lay up or go for it.

Played the TPC of LA 2 weeks ago and it was in terrible shape. A bunch of the greens were almost unusable and the tee boxes were torn to shreds (granted it isn't the same ones they use but it still looked like shite).
We all talked about how embarrasing the tournament was going to be and how the condition of the course were the worst we had ever seen and we play out there about 4 times a year.

LOL , 18 probably into the wind. Does he lay up? Decision time

Birdie on 12 is like stealing from the field

i went to english turn a couple of times, and i thought it was a good venue as well. what was the reasoning for building the tpc and moving the tournament over there?
