If you believe this is accurate and that Hartman was skating through the crease, I know for an absolute fact you haven’t watched the NHL’s explanation. It was well into the low slot, nowhere near the crease (unless you consider a yard or more outside of the crease to be in the crease).

Tell me you’re biased without telling me you’re biased after watching the replay.

He didn't need to skate that close to Binnington after the puck went in. He had plenty of time to skate away to his left to avoid any contact. And none of this would have ever happened.

I stated in the previous page that I didn't think Kadri tried to injure Binnington in the playoffs. So it has nothing to do with any bias. When others here was shredding Kadri crying foul, I wasn't one of them. It was an unfortunate incident that Kadri couldn't change his momentum (unlike Hartman).

I know I said I was done, but this is such a stupid argument. You’re telling me that Binnington is reasonable to slide in a motion unrelated to the save attempt out of his crease? That we don’t see what Hartman did (minus the contact, I’m talking about the path he’s skating) happen quite a bit?

You don’t think that not a single one of those Blues skaters in the area did anything until Binnington did because Hartman was in the wrong?

This is what you’re calling “in the crease” and “too close to Binnington,” by the way. He was moving laterally to the net when he attempted the save, just as Hartman was 3-4 feet out of the crease to his teammate.

Hartman did. He was heading right to the near side post and took almost a lateral path to his teammate to celebrate.

Binnington got in the way a good bit out of the crease by spinning around like a ballerina.

Too bad you didn't include a shot of how far away Hartman was when the puck went in. When Hartman scored, he was just inside the red dot in the faceoff circle. Well away from the net. Yet he still took several strides right to the front of the goal to celebrate with his teammate. He wasn't skating full speed. If he was skating full speed on a rush, I could justify him not stopping on a dime. But that's not what happened here. He could have easily changed his path after the goal. Thus avoiding any contact.

Sure, I’ll play your game.

Here’s the shot (or a nanosecond later where it went in).

And then when he started skating to his teammate nowhere near the crease (where you said he was in). Also shows no reason for him to be concerned where Binnington is.

Just stop. You’re wrong, and the NHL video shows it clearly and even states “Binnington slid out of the crease towards Hartman.”

EDIT: dude was below the face off circle, and started making his lateral turn (while blurry, clear based on where his head is facing) towards his teammate before even leaving the circle. Clearly a path with no expectation of contact from Binnington.

Given that you think he skated into the crease, I’m now questioning your knowledge of hockey.

Bolts get the 2nd point after winning in a shootout. Two big wins on the road, both against the Devils in three nights.

And then the Bolts play the Devils again on Sunday, this time in Tampa. Some very weird scheduling there. 3 games against the Devils in 6 days. They aren't in the same division in the East, so all 3 yearly cross-division Bolts/Devils are packed into 6 days.

Look out Leafs, we are coming for you. They are going to end up playing each other in the 1st round again anyways most likely.

In all honesty, I’d love every second of that series… again.

I missed the first period but what a weird ending to Avs Sens

Strangest goal to put Avs up 5-2 end of second then they have to hold on for dear life at end to win

5th goal was a waved off icing (no idea why), possibly held by goalie but no whistle and Avs just hit puck in. Super weird.

Easily one of the weirdest things I’ve seen, and I haven’t been watching as long as many of y’all.

Watching it on Altitude and everyone being like “WTF WAS THAT” including Eller tells me I’ll probably be dead before that happens again

I never said the Wild teammate was close to the net. I said there were other Blues skaters close to the net that Hartman could have taken a different path to acknowledge the person who passed him the puck.

Whether Hartman directly made contact with the crease or not, he was close enough that he still needlessly took several strides right in front of the net to make contact.

You claim "it's such a stupid argument to make". Yet here you are several posts later. Since you naively think goalies aren't protective of their territory, ala Hextall and Belfour, I'm starting to question your knowledge about hockey.

So many strides that he took none and instead stood up on his left skate after going down to his right knee?

The green path is not fair, the yellow path is Binnington’s right, and instead Hartman should’ve taken the red one.

Got it!

So much for the "this is such a stupid argument to make" nonsense, huh? Yet, here you are a dozen posts later. You should really carry on another 3 pages with this. You must have lived under a rock all the years Hextall and Belfour took matters into their own hands. Or just started watching hockey 2 years ago.

Now 6 =12 in your mind, I guess. Just like a goalie’s crease = the low slot.

A stupid argument being proven wrong from multiple angles (based on every point you attempt to make) doesn’t change it from being stupid.

All done here, have a good one.

Shaping up to be a really, really good night for the Avs with us getting 2 points and:

Nashville
Winnipeg
Dallas (if EDM can hold on)

All losing.

You should really learn how to count sometime. You made 5 posts just the previous page alone crying about Binnington. Not including all those on this page. But go ahead and pretend otherwise.

When you learn how to count to 12, be sure to stick a tampon in your bleeding vagina and learn how goalies protected their net before you started watching hockey 2 years ago.

Stars win a burner in Calgary in OT with Jason Robertson netting a crazy backhand with about 13 seconds left. Calgary goalie crying interference for some reason but nothing to see.

Landeskog is on the ice with the team in a no-contact jersey. If all keeps progressing as it has the past few weeks, it sure seems like the Avs get the biggest piece of the puzzle currently missing back just in time for the postseason.

Also, it seems like Makar will be out tonight with whatever LBI he had last game.
