How do the Ohio State fans feel about playing a home game on a Thursday night?
A lot of the fans (especially older ones) are upset. Personally, I like it, because it's a change of pace, we have to wait two days less, it gets a little more exposure than a 12 noon game against Marshall on Saturday would, and it gives us two more days to prep for Miami (and I'll actually get to see the whole game, since it's on Thursday

Isn't the USC-Hawaii game in jeopardy due to the sanctions? Since it will allow USC to have an extra game.

I don't think so, because any team that goes to Hawaii can have 13 games. It doesn't affect their bowl status.

Probably not going to need it.
I'm looking forward to that game. Thought about making that my first trip to The Shoe, but it's the same weekend that LSU plays in Nashville.

I know, but I thought I saw somewhere the sanctions limited USC to 12 games regardless. In the article Hawaii was complaining since it could cause them to lose out on a ton of money.

I think you're selling yourselves short. I do think we'll win, but it will be a very tough game.

I was thinking about selling my ND-Michigan ticket so I could sit down and watch both OSU-Miami and ND-Mich on TV, but I think I should be able to catch the 2nd half/4th quarter of the OSU-Miami game still. It sucks having to choose between games now. And there are a TON of great games on TV that day.

IDK, maybe. I didn't think it would matter. Some of the USC posters might know more.
