I don't know the penal code for Mass, but in most states, anyone involved in a murder during the commission of a felony(robbery) is subject to be charged with 1st degree in the butt murder.

Yeah, they can charge all 3 dudes with felony murder. Hernandez will roll on his 2 homies, get a 6 year sentence and be known as a snitch in prison. At least, that's how I see it playing out.
