quote:

A Massachusetts law official acknowledged following Monday's scuba search that police found "no evidence" in the water near Aaron Hernandez's house.

quote:

Divers searched a pond and wooded areas by Hernandez's home for roughly an hour, but made no substantive discoveries. The police's full-court press on Hernandez seems either an attempt to scare him into accepting a plea deal, or suggests law enforcement lacks compelling evidence. Hernandez can still be arrested on obstruction-of-justice charges, but that has not happened yet.

If you are rich, don't say a word to the cops and let your lawyer take care of everything you will almost always walk.

I wonder how much evidence they actually have on him? Ot seems like he has them by the balls instead of vice versa as previously thought

Also curious whether the Pats will keep him if he gets off in the clear. His salary is guarenteed the next 2 years so if they did cut him it would be a huge "we just dont want this guy around our team" move

I doubt they have anything concrete. Unless someone talks, he walks.

quote:

A judge has sealed the records of the Attleboro District Court clerk magistrate’s office involving the homicide investigation in North Attleboro near the home of Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez.
Attleboro District Court Magistrate Mark E. Sturdy said a state judge ordered that all records relating to the Odin L. Lloyd death be kept from public view.
“Our hands are tied,” Attleboro District Court Assistant Clerk Magistrate James Perkoski told the Herald today.
Perkoski said he couldn’t even say when and where the order was issued.
Shortly before noon today, Sturdy posted the following notice outside his office: “All records of the Attleboro District Court Clerk Magistrate’s office involving the homicide investigation in North Attleboro have been impounded by order of the court. No further information is available at this time.”
