Like supa said, no calls keeps the games exciting, and that's what the owners want, put a college official in a pro game and the game will take about an hour longer to play, this is why I strongly prefer college to the pros

Not sure of the exact formula used in determining the number of steps allowed, but I think it includes salary, product endorsement money and TV ratings.

Well. duh. It's like Mad Magazine said 10 years ago: would YOU pay fifty bucks to watch a game between Frank Brickowski and Acie Earl?

What about carrying? Still a rule?

They actually called this against CP3 Sunday night. I was shocked.

they all know what walking is and when they do it. They do it b/c they know they can get away with it.
If they would start calling it, they would quit doing it.
what pisses me off the most is the changing of the pivot foot, sometimes TWICE, when catching the ball on the perimeter.
it's like they do it on purpose just to show that they can.

I love the reaction of an NBA player that gets called for traveling. They stare at the official and give them a look of "you called what, on me?"

Another one they get away with is landing before they actually release the shot after jumping on drives.

If a relatively unathletic player does it, it MAY get called. If an athletic or star player does it, it's a great move.

If traveling were illegal in the NBA, half of LBJ's highlights wouldn't exist.

+1000 this guy spends almost as much time taking steps with the ball than dribbling it

Anyone who prefers college to pros is an idiot

Best of 1 tourney yay! Let's crown a bunch of fluke bullshite champions cause they hit some lucky shots at the right time!

On top of the inferior talents, schemes and sheer entertainment value.

A 13 seed hits a few bullshite shots and lucks into the Sweet 16 and people are like OMG!. frick that
