Under his new payment plan, Harvey Updyke will need more than 338 years to repay the remaining $812,784.48 he owes in fines and restitution to Auburn University.
Updyke, who pleaded guilty in 2013 to poisoning the Toomer’s Oaks, must pay $200 every month in restitution beginning in July. Previously, Updyke was under an order to pay $350 every three months.
Lee County Circuit Court Judge Jacob Walker ruled that Updyke could afford to pay the $200 a month which is approximately six percent of Updyke’s monthly income.
Updyke’s payment history to the court since July 2014 has averaged $127 a month with payment amounts varying from $99 to $448. His total payments add up to $3,910.50 of the total $816,694.98 he was ordered to pay, according to court records

This a-hole nearly T boned me in the Mall of Louisiana parking lot a few years back. Noticed the “BAMA” license plate then the driver looked oddly familiar—it was the Alabama fan Harvey Updyke.

nick saban's wife believes that the difference between how you are in your everyday life and how you are portrayed in the media is called a blind spot. I guess because the media can't possibly know how you are when the camera's aren't there that it can't get a full picture of who you are.

I was in the middle of the Alabama fans when Alabama busses entered tiger stadium this past year.
I talked to Harvey for a solid hour before the Alabama busses got there this past year.
