Watching cinci's game against Pitt Kelley looked like a complete a-hole. He was blaming his players and looking for peoples arse to chew out.

No shite..as long as he makes sure his players know when they do a good job as well, which he does, then there should be no problem with the way he acts on the sideline

I honestly don't get it. Its absurd to ask for a coach who's livelihood is on the line to go up to a guy who just fricked up and say, "Well despite the fact that you didn't make the correct check at the line, didn't read the coverage correctly, didn't check to your second receiver, and didn't have good mechanics in you throw; good job go do that again."

I just don't think it is right for him to say that to someone who is not even on his team. He's looking to pawn the blame off on someone else for his team not being in the Nat'l Championship. Maybe if he wouldn't fall behind by 21 points and destroy these OVERRATED football teams, they might be in the national title game.
ETA: It's funny how you never saw Gary Patterson bitching about the Nebraska kicker or the Pitt cornerback who fell down on Cincinnati's final touchdown....

Yes he was joking, he was grinning when he said it. Brian Kelly says what he thinks; that is just his personality and this is why he wins everywhere he has been. With that said, he does a reputation of being an arse too. Have you noticed, no-one is safe from his wrath including his assistant coaches?

The Big East has talented players also.

What he said about the kicker aside, Cincy at least has a right to be mentioned. Cincy's computer score is higher than Texas. Which means in short, they went undefeated with a tougher schedule.
I still think Texas should go, but Cincy at least deserves an argument
