Teams with multiple 1st rounders.

These exist?

The only team last year with multiple pitchers taken high was Arkansas. Good thing one of their top signees in 2011 is our Sunday guy

Fullerton supposedly has a loaded pitching staff but their team is pretty mediocre so far.

Then you should maybe provide some stats...

The last 50 years it been a big ballpark, but I guess now that they can hit it's become a popcorn park.
Opponents haven't hit many so I guess it's a popcorn park for the home team only.

4-1

You also lost to a team that we just beat 16-0.

Look, I get it, it's fine if you would be downplaying the Cajuns being good if we were like 20-10 and had losses to some shitty schools. But to be acting like we aren't good right now is just being juvenile and ignorant.

We are 27-3 and are 8-2 vs. the RPI Top 100. LSU is 5-6 vs. RPI Top 100. The Sun Belt was the 5th best RPI league in the country last year and sent 3 or 4 teams to Regionals. We don't play in a shite conference. This isn't football. Try doing some research before you act like a child.

Maybe the Cajuns will reintroduce the long ball that Omaha has been lacking.

Robichaux and Baranik are a strong one two punch and the way the post season plays out, if you can avoid the losers brackets that's all you'll really need.

But getting ahead of ourselves here, bat are bound to cool off, the key is it happening in waves so that there are a couple guys carrying the team. The SBC is certainly more forgiving than the SEC slate, but a cold streak like the Tgers have been fighting would be bad none the less

The Cajuns are 3-1 or .750 against the sec. Keep the excuses coming please.

For those of you that keep implying that our offense would fall flat in Omaha because of "the big park"….

What you don't realize is that while we do have 36 HRs on the season so far, we also hit for average.

The Cajuns are hitting .319 as a team and have 68 Doubles on the season along with 17 Triples. If you think we are fly ball hitters you are mistaken. This team hits line drives all over the place. So yes, I think our offense would be just fine in Omaha. We don't swing for the fences… we are just aggressive as a team at the plate and it leads to long balls. But for the most part, it's a laser show out there.
