I would rethink this. IMO I would not touch that game.

I look at it this way...Bama wins, I win some money. Bama loses, my Tigers benefit big time!

i dont see how Florida's D can stop Bama. Bama's D is too strong not to have some big stops and a turnover or 2. Bama easily wins by 4.

Bama wins by <4, and you lose spiritually, emotionally, and financially. I actually kinda like the gators in a 6 pt tease.

If Bama wins, it will be by a TD or more. I do not see this being a close game that comes down a a game winning FG

Bama's passing game isn't anything special. I think Florida can stop them decently.

I'm taking it at -3.5. I'm like you and think Bama wins by 6+.

They don't need a special passing game. The running game is a well oiled machine, with a passing game that doesn't screw up. They don't need the QB to go out and throw for 200+ and 2TDs every game

That's what I'm thinking and UF won't put up that many points on Bama's defense

TTT

How confident are you in:

quote:

3* Stanford -21

quote:

3* NIU -10

quote:

2* Texas Tech -7

quote:

2* GTech -10

I had bookmarked those games last night and want to jump on them now before any line changes.

After the line movements, I am not AS confident as I initially was. Now that the line came back up to where it started, I feel a little better. I would still bet them, but not as much as I initially did.

quote:

3* NIU -10
Line came down to -8.5 so I am regretting this one a little. I would still bet it, not as much though.
quote:

2* Texas Tech -7
Line is down to -6, I would still bet the pants off of it. Kansas has arguably the worst D in the nation and Tech has the #4 offense. I know Tech will drop 35+ on them, it's just whether or not Tech can stop the Kansas Offense.

2* GTech -10
Will probably bet the house on the if I win my Thursday night bet. While my research on them has made me confident, Pretty much every forum I read, people are extremely confident on GT. While some say that may not be a good thing, confidence is confidence and I will play a confident game even if the public is hammering them.

Games I'm looking into so far:
For Sure Bets:
Bama @ -3.5
Georgia Tech @ -11
Texas Tech @ -6.5

Questionable:
Baylor @ -3.5
South Florida @ -2.5
Washington @ +7
Clemson @ +7

Doubtful:
Arizona @ +13.5
Georgia @ -7
Ole Miss @ +4

Thoughts?

Yea I think Washington may in fact lose to Utah but it should be closer than 7 and then I really like Clemson for some reason.

I disagree with this. You guys are making it sound like this FLA team has ZERO athletes. They are a very dangerous team with a shitload of talent. Remember, The TEBOW hangover is gone and Will and Weis has this team moving in the direction they were a few years ago.

I forgot my book does half juice on Tuesday evenings so I just went and put 2 more units on GTech and bought it down from -11 to -10. I think that line should close around 12 by game time.
