If you deposit $100 into an account to get $50 bonus, for every $100 you wager, you will get $5 added to your account. Once that $50 is all used up, you get nothing after. The reduced juice program goes on for as long as you have the account. Therefore you will be able to save more than $50, assuming you use the account for more than the end of this season

Right. but how does the reduced juice program work? So let's say you wager $10 on a +3 favorite...would you win $11 without having to wager $11?

Without the reduced juice program, you would risk $11 to win $10. With the program, you would risk $10.50 to win $10. Doesn't seem like a big deal but that number grows ALOT the more you bet and the more games you bet. It is all about minimizing risk. The lower risk you have in the long run, the better odds of turning a profit

the juice is what the house gets, instead of getting -110 lines, you get -105 lines which iS HUGE especially if you bet a lot.

ah I see what you're saying. so the difference between the 105 and the 110 is the "juice" and that's what makes it profitable for the sites.

do these sites follow the vegas lines or do they set their own?

Most sites pretty much have the same line especially towards the end of the week. Rarely are the lines not within 0.5-1 pt

For the most part, they are all similar to vegas. However the sites can alter lines if they want to. Its not common to see any line very far off the average though

oh of course it is huge, but shite don't u need some action?

I think WVU still wins, so anything less than 12 is good IMO.

Man I'm already on the hook for 5 units on WVU for the game, don't wanna end up losing 7-10 total

ETA: I agree that WVU probably pulls out a close one though.

what does the -10.5 mean here? Syracuse is going to score 10 and a half more points than WVU in the second or they are going to win by that margin?

That means West Virginia is favored (hence the minus sign) by 10.5 points in the 2nd half. This means WVU needs to score 11 or more points MORE THAN Syracuse in the 2nd half.

The line on the game was WVU -14. That means WVU needs to beat Syracuse by more than 14 points in order to win the bet

ah so the overall line is -14 and the half time line (just for the second half) is -10.5 for WV. How would the juice work here? let's say you wagered $10 straight up -14 on WVU
