They have three OT losses. So I guess it depends those are calculated.

Hockey and Les Miles follow the same logic when it comes to wins & losses. Chicago, like 07 LSU, is undefeated in regulation.

Don't shoot-out losses count as ties, the only time the shoot-out winner/loser matters is if the standings need a tie breaker for playoff seeding. Or that's the way it was explained to me.
