You mean when Bron stiff armed him out of bounds.

I remember that one. I can't remember if it came before or after Leonard throwing an elbow on a layup or smashing Miller in the face on a dunk but I'm pretty sure it came after Ginobili flooring LeBron with an elbow to the throat and not even getting it reviewed as a flagrant foul.

If we're having to even ask this question, it has no business being called at the point in the game.

You can bet your arse if that would have been Parker mugging Allen at the end of regulation, it would have been called.

Having said this, the Spurs had their chances

If that was a foul, then Allen got fouled when he made the 3 at the end of regulation, and he would have hit the free throw to win it.

not sure if serious...do you need to see a replay of Allen's 3?

Technically not allowing a jump shooter to land is just as much a foul as what Bosh did. Neither should have been called.

I agree with you. As much as I wanted the spurs to win. They had there chance and didnt execute.

It should be a good game seven and I think the spurs can be the first road team to win the last game since the seventys

This. Allen had a 4 pt play for this exact same thing earlier in the series.

ETA: And it was Parker that cut under him then too.

I don't give a frick who wins this series but I don't know how anyone can say that wasn't a foul.

He's right in front of him. Allen jumps forward with his legs. Probably trying to draw the foul. Can't blame him, I do the same when I play. But the point is, Bosh's was more of a foul. He wasn't going straight up. He went straight into him. I don't blame them for not calling it though. But saying Parker's was a foul is a joke.

Made contact with the ball before the hip hit Green's body. No foul.

He clearly did not

I already retracted my statement when the slow motion gif was presented into evidence.

Calm down, Cowboy.

Please tell me you are in a serious bball league and not flopping and calling fouls after shooting 3s in pickup games.

Technically the defender has to allow the jump shooter space to land. Parker was underneath him when he was in the air. They call that foul to protect the shooters, but in no way should it have been called in that situation just like the Bosh foul shouldn't have been called.

they aren't pick up games

and it's not flopping if my feet are kicked out from under me...I have no choice but to fall.

Watch this video.
(It will show slow motion replays from several angles)

Parker intentionally slides under Allen after he shoots. It was actually a dirty arse play. Allen didn't kick his feet out either. He went straight up. His legs come out on his way down to try to land somewhere because Parker was under him.

This is the same kind of play that hurt Kobe's ankle.

Right, and the NBA came out and said that play that hurt Kobe's ankle should have been called a foul.

quote:

"After review at the league office, video replay confirmed that referees missed a foul call on Jones as he challenged Bryant's shot and did not give him the opportunity to land cleanly back on the floor. Bryant should have been granted two free throws," the NBA posted on NBA.com/official

That being said, the refs were right to swallow their whistles.

The Spurs made an illegal substitution at the end of regulation when they put Duncan back in the game. The Heat should have got technical free throws and the ball. Game never should have gone to ot
