Feels like another case of adding lefties for lefties sake. Cedric Mullins sucks. Hes hitting .210 with an OPS barely into the 700s . Like adding a left handed walker to our line up. No thanks.

Isn’t this basically what we just tried to do by signing Big Jon?

Great. Now Pena is confirmed dead

Espada is a goddamn liar too. Literally said "there are no fractures"

quote:

Jeremy Peña is “sore,” Joe Espada said, but does not have any fractures in his ribs after undergoing imaging.

The stories write themselves. At least they did additional imaging this time

See you in September, friend

They really need a PR consultant to tell them the basics of public speaking.

"Guys, don't say anything you don't have to say."

Morons.

They should really stop doing X-rays being as they make these additional diagnoses of fractures and further injuries with MRIs and CTs after the fact on a seemingly endless loop. Dubon and Guillorme got this.

Sources inside the building are indicating that Cocksuck was throwing a tantrum in the locker room and Peña was collateral damage and this had nothing to do with him being HBP in the rib area.

Yes, at least they didn’t wait like three weeks to actually figure it out. Progress!

Medical staff flat out fricking sucks. They continuously fail this organization and its players. It's a real mystery how most of them remain employed

He’s gonna be out til August

We are fricked if Yordan doesn’t come back and produce

Thank goodness we’ve played the harder part of our schedule. Might just need to hope for .500 ball in July

4-8 weeks. Take it with a drain of salt but Brown says he can come back whenever the inflammation goes away and he can start swinging a batb

In theory, Pena could DH before being fully cleared to play in the field.

But he won't.

I think it's more like "don't ask, don't tell." Espada and Brown don't want to know anything. Plausible deniability and all that shite.

But yes, Pena now confirmed unalive.
