Not exactly what he said, IMO. It sounded like that would be the alternative if they struck out on acquiring a #1 or #2. He was hedging in case he can't pick up what he wants.
He said they had done research and been in contact with any team willing to listen for offers on a top of rotation starter.

The facility is taking shape. They are saying that it's going to be ready on time for people to move in the offices at the end of january. I drive by it everyday and I can tell you they have a shite ton of workers out there.

It would be painful, but top of the rotation arms with incredible contracts don't come cheap
