The key question is, when was possession gained?
If the refs blew the whistle before the Eagles gained possession then that’s the right call but shitty officiating.
If the refs did not blow the whistle before 54 came out of the pile with the ball then the Eagles clearly got robbed.
The funny thing is, I don’t have a dog in this fight. I just hate seeing disgusting officiating.
