The Demons seem to be miles away from rebounding from whatever that was that happened after the player got murdered towards the end of last season and they just forfeited the rest of their season

All of the nil stuff had turned me off from being a diehard cfb fan, then I followed the FCS playoffs last year and it was incredible. It just seems like cfb in it’s purest form compared to semi-pro fbs now days.

I didn't know anything about FCS football until this year. My kinfolk is the starting QB for Rhode Island. It's been an exciting year up there.

Lindenwood once their probation period is up, will move up and get a g-5 bid.
they are promoting their product heavily in st.louis, and they bring the #23 market to any conference. They are 20ish minutes from downtown.
They have some boosters who will kep them competitive and start getting st.louis kids, who would of went big

Didn’t this all come with a huge financial burden? Cutting sports, etc? Beautiful campus and area. Gotta be a lot of money in that area but I think they have a ways to go be fore they think of moving up again.

Yeah they cut a lot of fat from sports programs.
In Hockey, they hired Michigan's top recruiter as head coach and they have a win over Wisconsin who was top 10 at time

AIC of the Atlantic Hockey Conference just announced they’re dropping to D2, so I hope LU gets their spot.

A good slate of playoff games will be held this coming weekend. The one I’m intrigued by is the SEMO/Illinois State game that the latter should’ve hosted but their stadium is hosting the state HS football tournament.
