Allen is 30 next year. Unless Buffalo pulls a Denver/Mike Shanahan, then it's never happening with him as their coach.

The GM should be on the block as well.

Too bad Harbaugh was already swooped up. He could have brought half the Baltimore front office with him.

I don’t see how the Bills start next season without shaking things up somewhere (roster or coaching staff).

Bills never punted and defense got several crucial stops when they needed them. They were the better team in that game, not even close, and it reflects on the job Mcdermott has done to get them there. This game would have been an absolute blowout without the turnovers.

Serious changes have to be made. shite is Josh the answer?

And maybe try drafting a pass rusher instead of renting retreads..

I think he's gone but he didn't turn the ball over 5 times the players did. You can say he should've just kneeled before half but you've got a veteran MVP QB he should be able to trust him not to fumble.

He is a defensive coach

They just gave up 30 pts to the broncos. Almost every playoff loss under McDermott the offense scores a lot and the defense gives up alot

Changes need to be made and they’re not getting rid of Josh Allen.

Exactly. Allen is a bum and lost that game. It was like watching prime Derek Carr snatch defeat from the jaws of victory for the silver and black.

Yeah this is the issue. JA turnovers were bad but they ran it and threw it all over the Broncos. Really impressive with the lack of weapons at received. Broncos offense has been suffocated by many teams this year. Bills D just sucks, especially late game.
