Hope we score some runs here. I'm not sure if C.C will go another inning.

I know. I don't think he is by the way.

Don't have to be best pitchers... last year he wasn't hitting the best for home runs...

I don't think he is on steroids but he isn't a 20+ home run hitter anymore either so if he does its the stadium.

He shouldn't. 122 pitches his last game and he's at 100 now unless Girardi wants him to fall the frick apart.

Ransom's double would have more than likely scored Cabrera had he not got thrown out at 2nd.

Go figure. The ONE time Ransom gets a hit.

Girardi is a FOOL!

Why would you leave Sabathia in there?

No but I would rather use them now and have CC's arm intact later in the season.

and I wouldn't complain. I think replacing a manager mid-season is the stupidest thing you can do but I really have 0 faith in Girardi...not advocating firing him but IF it happened I wouldn't complain I don't think.

Everyone was making such a fuss about the home runs going to RF.

All 4 home runs today have been hit to left/left center/center.

So I know I'm late returning to the party, but Hideki's was to RF.

It's the Yankees man the expectations are always too high. Last year I expected to be competitive for the WC. We finished with the 4th best AL record but missed the playoffs...I'm not complaining. This year I want to be competitive in the AL East.

We have an aging roster yeah but I think we have the right balance...CC, Burnett, Cano, Teixeira, Melky, Gardner, Nady, Swish, Joba, Hughes, Kennedy are all under 30 except Nady who is 30. A-Rod is 33, Jeter 34.

Bad bullpen is an understatement and no team speed is VERY right.

If Gardner gets on base then let's see if Jeter can do it again.

Maybe it's just 20/20 hindsight, but WHY wouldn't you bat Gardner for Melky in that situation??

AHA! Gardner for Ransom. OK
