Ask anybody on the planet who the greatest basketball player all time is. When you get the same answer everytime that means his legacy isn't tarnished. No matter what happens the last couple of seasons of a great players career, you can't take away what they have done. They may lose a little credability, but not tarnish their careers. In the long run most people forget that Jordan even played for the Wizards.

Do you want Brett Favre to come back and play for the Vikings this year?

B.

Like someone said, I think it'd be hilarious to see him in purple at Lambeau.

As for "tarnishing his legacy," I don't really think that will happen. Nothing he does can take away from what he's already done. At least not IMO. I actually like Favre, but the media over the last few years has made me come to almost hate him.

he's just going to come back so he can pad his all-time interception record.

I am a Brett Favre fan.
Would love to see him come back for Minnie and spank Green Bay.
Put me in the B category. I do think this is funny especially if he can pull of two wins against GB.

Really don't care to see Year 2 of FavreCenter going on. For the sport's sake I hope a decision comes soon so they can get on with coverage of all teams and not just 1 player. Seems to be a trend lately that ESPN becomes hooked on covering one story (T.O., Vick, Favre) too bad they can't come up with a distraction this year.

Jordan didn't have the same sort of 24 hour news cycle and internet coverage.

That said, I find it VERY hilarious, especially the false outrage over the Favre coverage...
