I'll answer your question, NOBODY.
It is my OPINION that Scona and Innes do the better of the 4 shows on 1210. Now, that is only because they do a quicker format. Their show is still VERY lacking in entertainment. I listen on Tues and Thurs on a commute. I think it's decent considering what else is out there. I think both these dudes try their best and they both have futures in the biz at some level - esp Scona because he seems to already have the knack. Josh, with humbling experience, should also get it.
I just don't see the point in belittling them EVERY day.
