Are you slow?

If you are top 10 consistently at ole miss, you don’t think you would improve at bama?

Are you? Ole Miss proved nothing. Lane Kiffin was a loose cannon and burned a ton of bridges with his immaturity. His Twitter account guarantees nothing has changed.

DeBoar is 12-2 vs top-25 teams. DeBoar is 2-0 vs Oregon and Dan Lanning. He is 2-0 vs Sark and Texas and 2-0 vs USC and Lincoln Riley. Teams that had more talent. DeBoar is a mature guy who handles problems instead of creating them. That's what I'm talking about.

DeBoer hasn’t proven anything in the SEC. Nothing. We have seen multiple coaches just in the last 5 years have high success in the PAC 10, leave, and fail

Kiffin has proven, at a tier 3 program, he can produce top 10 teams in the sec west.

Could DeBoer workout? Of course, but on paper Kiffin is the better option in terms of guaranteeing a level of success at bama

You don’t get the love for a coach at ole miss that is consistently having then ranked in the top 10?

He has proven he can be a top 10 team in the SEC west while at Ole Miss.

There's nothing consistent about Lane Kiffin. In 4 seasons at OM, two seasons he's been ranked 9 and 11 in the final AP poll, the other seasons unranked. That inconsistency dates back to FAU and USC as well.

You don't get Kiffin on paper. You get him in living color and up close and personal. And we've had the distinct privilege.

He's, apparently, coaching material for LSU, or Auburn. The barners just hired a dude with a show cause and a past straight out of Jesus and the Burner Phones, and you guys believe in binders and the Red Bull seasons. But that stuff doesn't fly in Tuscaloosa. And you should know it by now.

Lane kiffin is going to have ole miss in the playoffs 70% of the time

That isn’t safe for bama?

Kiffin was so bad at USC, that he got fired on the tarmac at the airport. People have forgotten about kiffin’s track record it seems

Cope

Sometimes a snapshot panic hire works out, NIL was already suffocating the BAMA machine. The game had passed Nick by.

Good luck

Hot take around here:

Ole Miss will be in the playoffs more consistently than LSU.

Why have you been flaming the board so much about this hire?

Who would have been your pick?

And I’ll just say, no matter what you think of the hire, it wasn’t a damage control panic hire.

Why do you keep saying such retarded things?

Ignoring the burned bridges, Lane's arrogance is awesome in the setting where he's at. Losing a game he's not supposed to in a place like Bama, with that attitude....would not go well. Lane has the highest probability of literally being antagonistic directly towards the fans and boosters.

Being at a lesser program in a major conference fits him. Kind of like Mike Leach. He gets to be the quirky a-hole troll in semi-obscurity with a fanbase who is hyped to be really good every 2-3 years.
