Why is Lockdown 20-1 in the ML for the Oaks?

Not saying they should be favored but 20-1 seems a bit long?

I would've said Tasman, if she was still with her old trainer.

The mizzen mast in sailor should be good for the track today.

Nope. All my labor was unpaid for the husband.

Grooming, hot walking, running horses. The fun stuff

I went up to Lexington a few weeks ago. Was at kennel and Jenny Wiley day.

I loved grooming and hot walking kept you fit.

I was a good leg man and seemed to be my niche. Was very good wrapping but really good making a good mud poultice.

It is all fun when it puts a chicken in the pot, not so much fun when all you are getting is the feathers.

So you did the racing side, did you work the sales side? One of the few places where you can work both in the same day. Triple play if you were young enough and get some night watching work.

Did Mike fix you up on the local hot spots?

Hit Keeneland and Rolex this year and hoping to hit High Hope in a few weeks. 2 months in the spring and 2 months in the fall are some of the best reasons to be in LEX.

And Ruidoso Downs are the only ones I've ever been to.

Used to frequent races and aces across the river when I was at LSU.

I'm actually from up there. Kept my horse in Lexington. It was a very quick trip home.

No sales for me. I actually went to my first under tack show down here last year. I've started a rehoming group so we are going back this weekend to hand out cards, etc. I'd love to work with the babies, though.

As far as legs go, I'm decent with standing wraps due to an accident prone jumper, but that's about it.

I'll be back up there for the RRP in October but I'm going to try to go up for a ky downs weekend. turf racing is my favorite. Figure I can fly up to Nashville for the weekend.

What's a good site? Never did online betting and don't feel like driving to races and aces.

More speed holding...

May have to rethink the oaks a bit.

You know Blowen and Old Friends?

Ever been to Ellis? Pretty hardboot when you have crops in the infield to help pay the bills.

Oddly, with such a short racing date (live) and my general dislike for the racino model (which seems to inflate the gaming at the expense of the racing) I have never been to KY Downs or its predecessor Dueling Grounds.

Back to the Oaks, Lockdown is now at 32-1 and Nagonomics 101 teaches this is not a good sign over the OL.

All inside speed right now.
