He was one of my favorite CFB players of all time. Loved watching NEB run the option to perfection. Was also an absolute beast on NCAA gamebreakers lol

yea he was an amazing talent but a complete piece of shite. should have never made it to the league. I don't think he was a talented as cecil collins was but it was close and he was a much bigger piece of shite than collins.

On top of all the tossing women down flights of stairs, wasn't Phillips the guy who blew a blocking assignment that allowed Steve Young to suffer a career-ending hit?
