Denham - Good
Live Oak - Improving
Springfield - 2A playoffs most years
Walker & Albany - struggling

Live Oak though is putting everything in place. The new high school, the second feeder school, a good frosh program, a coach who is promoting several JR and SR to colleges, a bigger improved weight room, the principal from catholic who want football to win, a committment to hiring teachers who can coach, etc. By the way, A.R. #43 was a stud at L.O. from about 04-06, but wasn't promoted enough.

Live Oak 3-2

Watch out down the road.

Didn't Live Oak only have one team in their district for baseball?

just Zachary this last year. they wanted to combine with 7-4A, but LHSAA wouldn't let them. Before that, they had Scotlandville and Glen Oaks still playing ball, but Scot moved to 5-A and glen Oaks dropped baseball.

I played at Walker from 2000-2003, and it's truly sickening to watch this program fall to pieces like they are. Mahfouz tried to put together this air attack when he took over a few years back, and that's something Walker football isn't accustomed to. It's become more about people allowing their buddies to get in on the action (coaching) and not about what would be best for the program. The politics in that school are ridiculous.

There is hope for LO. Do you think Todd will stay at Walker and give them hope. I don't get it....2 feeder schools, people moving into the area. What is going on with the Wildcats. Their Basketball team also struggles. Kids who bust it year round, with other kids telling them they suck and other kids who quit and play strong teams most of the year deserve better!!!!

Well he left Tara after a 9-2 season and walked into a buzz saw at Walker. He knew what it was like going in, but he left anyway.

Maybe he likes the school system in LP better than EBRP. Whatever the reason, it was enough to make him leave a good program for a terrible one. So maybe it will be strong enough to keeop him

LO only gave Zac 200 yds on the ground and outgained Zachary in total yards. They're coming around.

Better look over in Baton Rouge for that team...

L.O. coach Beebe is a moron. It is 4th down and 2 or 3, down 6 with a T.O. left and in the red zone with 55 seconds, why dont you call a t.O? He is a dumb arse

he doesnt tell you how to do your job, dont tell him how he should do his.

you dont even know what the plan was. Bell made a mistake a NFL QB makes every Sunday by not looking to the flats. im going to be here when he do clear the wall and rock Zachary ON A REAL FIELD!!!!!!

Im glad he doesn't because I wouldn't have won 3 state titles coaching. His game management was terrible last night. I do know his plan, he thought that Bell would lead them to the first then he was going to call a T.O. but it didn't work as planned. Bell is a young QB and will have a hell of a Sr. year, but I am not so naive to believe that it was Beebe that lost the game. If they don't turn the ball over 5 or 6 times and if #11 catches the wide open passes on that last drive in the 1st half they would have had momementum at the half and could have won the game. But oh well, S**t happens, they are young, will learn and be better for it next week or next year.

Yea I will give #11 his credit, he forgot the first half drops, and came through in the end, but still there is no excuse for them drops unless he is a first year starter then I will understand it.
